"That lovely mug is yours truly. The original photo I worked from had this thing in the corner. I wasn't sure what it was so of course I added my own artistic interpretation... perfect spot for a hidden thing of my own. Like all of my hidden stuff, it doesn't take away from the portrait in any way but adds a bit of inside humor to the folks that know about it. Turns out the thing was a ceramic pot holder."
