Most of these images are a direct result of ideas or 'Compositions' that I have put together for the purpose of creating a painting. More often than not, I or the person commissioning the painting selected a different one to go with in the end. This is a good example of the Compositions I send folks to show them what I have in mind prior to starting a painting.
